Our gluten-free biscuits are from Yassy's Co., a local bakery that is 100% gluten-free. Our bread is from Udi's. While we do our very best to avoid any crossover—we change our gloves, have a separate shelf in the oven, and use separate utensils to prepare all of our gluten-free food—because the space we are in is so small, there is still a chance for cross contamination, so please eat at your own risk.
